Prof. Tariq Waseem

Prof. Tariq Waseem is a distinguished Professor of Medicine with over 35 years of clinical, academic, and teaching experience. He has previously served as Professor of Medicine at King Edward Medical University and Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore.

He is currently the Head of the Department of Medicine at Saleem Memorial Hospital, Lahore, and serves as Senior Vice President of the Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine (PSIM). Renowned for his expertise in internal medicine, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and preventive healthcare, Prof. Tariq Waseem is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while mentoring the next generation of physicians.
